A recruitment agency is seeking a Head of Product Delivery for their Marlborough office. As Head of Product Delivery, your role will combine strategic thinking, with hands-on knowledge, focusing on identifying and implementing efficiencies that benefit, both the organisation and it's clients. You will work closely with the Managing Director and senior management to drive operational excellence and business growth.
You will lead the entire Product and Fulfilment department, with direct reports including product development, product managers, fulfilment managers, warehouse staff, and administrative support staff.
The hours of work for this role are Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm, onsite based in their head offices in Marlborough.
