The Head of Product Collections (Buying & Planning) will define and execute the overall product vision and seasonal strategy across all ladieswear categories. This pivotal role will drive the brand’s creative and commercial direction, ensuring collections are trend‑relevant, brand‑aligned, and customer‑focused. The position requires strong product sensibility, commercial acumen, and leadership to inspire and guide high‑performing buying and product teams.

Main Responsibilities
Collection Strategy

Lead the end‑to‑end collection planning process, ensuring product assortments reflect the brand DNA, customer expectations, and business objectives.

Market & Trend Direction

Translate global trends into inspiring, commercially viable collections that strengthen the brand’s competitive positioning.

Assortment Planning

Build a cohesive, profitable product offer across all categories, balancing innovation, core lines, and new opportunities.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Design, Merchandising, Marketing, and Retail teams to deliver a unified product message across markets and channels.

Product Excellence

Ensure quality, fit, and consistency across all garments and categories while maintaining the brand’s premium positioning.

Leadership & Development

Coach, motivate, and develop the buying and product teams to achieve strategic and creative excellence.

Commercial Focus

Drive business performance through data‑led decisions, managing pricing architecture, margin performance, and category profitability.

Customer Insight

Use market intelligence and consumer insights to anticipate shifts in customer behaviour and identify new product opportunities.
