We’re looking for a Head of Product – Back Office Operations to lead the design and delivery of InvestEngine’s back-office automation strategy.
This role is pivotal in shaping a cost-efficient, compliant, and scalable operational foundation for our growth. You’ll be responsible for reducing manual work, embedding compliance by design, and building systems that enable operational excellence.
Working at the intersection of Product, Operations, and Technology, you’ll translate complex business requirements into a cohesive automation roadmap that strengthens every part of InvestEngine’s operational backbone. You’ll also lead the cross-functional Ops Automation Guild, driving collaboration and alignment across the organisation.
