A leading defense organization is seeking a Head of Product Assurance to lead the UK Maritime team in quality assurance activities. This role offers a hybrid working model and involves extensive engagement with both customers and suppliers, ensuring quality standards are met. Candidates are expected to have a strong background in Engineering or Quality Assurance, as well as critical problem-solving skills. Competitive salary and benefits provided.
A phenomenal opportunity to join the quality assurance group as the leader for the Weapon System (WS) UK Maritime team. This is a new role due to the continued success and expansion of the business.
Salary: Circa £70,000 depending on experience
Location: Bristol or Stevenage (We may be able to offer a relocation package for this role)
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2–3 days per week on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

As a Head of Product Assurance you will be providing leadership for the quality assurance activities & performance of the UK Weapon System team.
