Job Description

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the launch of new investment products and separately managed accounts, ensuring alignment with client needs and market opportunities
• Oversee strategic product initiatives including structuring, mergers, closures, and enhancement of existing offerings
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to resolve technical challenges and drive product innovation for alternatives, liquid alternatives, and hedge funds
• Develop strategic proposals and business cases for new product launches
• Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform product strategy
• Contribute to key governance meetings and product committees

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of alternative and liquid alternative investments and hedge funds, alongside broad exposure to traditional and long-only asset classes
• Strong understanding of investment vehicles and institutional products, including but not limited to UCITS and AIFs
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion
