As Our Head of Product, You'll

• Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy strongly aligned with leveraging emerging AI technologies for outsized growth.
• Strategically integrate Generative AI and other AI capabilities to create superior user experiences and strong differentiation in the US market.
• Champion user-centered design principles, ensuring a seamless and intuitive UX across all product touch points, especially new AI features.
• Build, manage, and scale the product organisation, mentoring and empowering Product Managers to bring bold, AI-integrated concepts to life.
• Synthesise quantitative and qualitative insights to inform actionable, data-driven product strategies with strong commercial imperatives.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to effectively communicate and execute the AI-integrated product roadmap, managing complex dependencies at scale.
