This is a rare opportunity to work within an elite performance environment where precision, collaboration, and innovation drive every decision. You’ll be at the heart of one of the most technically advanced projects in modern sport — shaping how the team designs, builds, and races state-of-the-art yachts.

Responsibilities

• Lead all procurement activity related to the team’s test and race boats.
• Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers across advanced manufacturing and marine industries.
• Collaborate closely with Design and Manufacturing teams to align build methods, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage end-to-end procurement — ensuring parts and systems are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Continuously seek improvements in procurement performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

This role will also involve cross-team collaboration, representing the team in professional, media, and partner-facing contexts where required.

About You

You’ll bring:
