  • Provide decisive, practical leadership to the procurement team, embedding governance, processes, and tools that support the organisation’s transformation agenda.
  • Collaborate with leaders across the business to uncover opportunities for savings, improved supplier contribution, and reduced commercial risk.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships, supported by well‑structured contracts and high performance expectations.
  • Take accountability for all significant procurement activity, ensuring transparent decision‑making, regulatory compliance, and strong financial controls.
  • Work closely with Finance and Legal to reinforce procurement's end‑to‑end governance framework and ensure alignment with corporate priorities.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through regular performance evaluation, external benchmarking, and development of capability within the function.
About you
  • A proven procurement leader experienced in shaping and delivering organisation‑wide strategies.
  • Skilled in negotiating commercial agreements and driving value through structured sourcing and vendor management.

  • Adept at developing strong supplier relationships grounded in accountability and mutual performance.
