Job summary

Smart Display is looking for a Print Studio Manager to head the print production department. Based in Wyke, Bradford, you will oversee day-to-day output, manage materials and suppliers, schedule projects, and lead a small team to deliver high-quality print work for a range of clients.

The role requires 4+ years in a similar print production operation and 1–2 years of management experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment with opportunity for growth and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in a print production operation.
• 1–2 years of experience overseeing a small team.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of all departmental output.
• Ordering materials, managing supply chain and sourcing new suppliers.
• Managing scheduling of projects and coordinating a busy workflow.
• Maintaining stock levels and finish tasks as required.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project flow.
• Maintain a clean, organised work environment.
• Lead a small team of print operators with daily/weekly tasks and training.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery.
