A leading energy company in Greater London is seeking a Head of Portfolio Management to lead their Trading & Shipping Credit team. This role involves shaping the strategy for the global team, managing a portfolio, and collaborating with senior management on credit risks. The position requires significant experience in Credit Risk within commodities and strong leadership and communication skills. As Head of Portfolio Management, you will be a senior leader within bp's Trading & Shipping Credit team, responsible for setting the strategy and vision for the global Portfolio Management team. You will directly manage 2 team members and oversee 4 indirect reports, including the Kuala Lumpur office. In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you will also take on the responsibility of managing one of the business segment portfolios including post-transaction ("Day 2"), ensuring adherence to risk appetite, monitoring risk trends, and collaborating with Credit Advisory and senior partners.
