Head of Portfolio Delivery and Change (Business Transformation)
A Private Equity backed organisation requires a Head of Delivery & Change to build a delivery capability from scratch, drive strategic change and embed project management discipline across the business. In the first 6-12 months, this role will be highly hands-on, personally delivering key projects before building and leading a future delivery team.
Our client is a well-established, PE-backed business operating in a lean, cost-conscious environment with ambitious growth plans. There is currently no formal project or change management function in place, and the business recognises the need for structure, governance and consistent delivery in order to scale. This role will have high visibility with senior leadership and investors and will be instrumental in shaping the organisation's transformation journey.
