You'll champion continuous improvement, cross‑functional collaboration, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Project Management Office to deliver high‑quality client outcomes and internal initiatives.
  • Own and manage budgets, forecasting, and revenue recognition across multiple customer portfolios and product lines.
  • Champion the development and coaching of project managers, fostering a culture of ownership and growth.
  • Personally manage a selection of high‑impact or complex client projects, ensuring delivery excellence.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for client programmes, providing swift resolution and proactive support.
  • Drive continuous improvement through project reviews, retrospectives, and feedback loops with delivery squads and clients.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration between delivery, sales, systems, and professional services teams, and partner with presales to align delivery timelines and resource planning for upcoming projects.
