Responsibilities

• Team Growth : Spearhead the expansion of our platform team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Best Practice Implementation : Introduce and champion industry best practices to enhance the overall performance and effectiveness of our platform.
• Platform Development : Lead the development of a new platform from inception to implementation, ensuring scalability and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of our organization.
• Cloud Migration and Kubernetes Expertise : Oversee the migration of our platform to the cloud (Azure, Multi Cloud) and manage on-premises Kubernetes infrastructure, optimizing performance and reliability.
• Developer Experience Enhancement : Focus on improving the Developer Experience (DX) by implementing tools and processes that streamline workflows and boost productivity.
• Advocacy for Modern Practices : Engage with developers to encourage the adoption of modern 'DevOps' practices and tools, facilitating a smooth transition to contemporary ways of working.
• Cross-Team Communication : Effectively communicate and collaborate across different teams, fostering a cohesive and collaborative environment.
