Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in London, UK is seeking a Senior Director of Procurement for Plastic Packaging (EMEA). You will lead the CEPG PET Packaging strategy across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and CIS, directing PET value chains and collaborating with bottlers and TTC operations to secure long-term supply health.

You will drive regional supplier selection, negotiate high-value contracts, and provide strategic leadership with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
10–15+ years in global/regional procurement or sourcing with PET packaging/CPG exposure.
Strong cross-functional leadership and strategic procurement capabilities.

Responsibilities

Develop CEPG PET Packaging strategy for the region and contribute to global strategy.
Provide PET value-chain direction and cost forecasting to TCCC and bottlers.
Lead supplier selection and negotiate contracts for annual region spend (~$1B).
Manage contracts and agreements and develop price-risk tools for PET resin.
Drive program execution with bottlers, ensuring engagement and alignment.
Support sustainability initiatives, SSEF decarbonization, and circularity goals.
