Thales Group in Crawley, United Kingdom, seeks a strategic Head of Planning and Logistics to lead the planning function across multiple sites, driving S&OP, ERP-enabled planning, and inventory strategies. You will champion Lean continuous improvement while empowering teams and ensuring regulatory and internal compliance.

You will partner with Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Projects to deliver operational excellence and measurable performance improvements across the supply

Formación

• Experience in multi-site supply chain environments.
• Strong knowledge of planning, production, repair and logistics flows.
• Proven ability to lead teams through change and transformation.
• Experience applying Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Planning function and associated governance.
• Deliver robust S&OP processes and supply plans.
• Oversee planning of materials and resources in support of operating plans.
• Implement and govern ERP-enabled planning processes (MRP2).
• Provide supply chain performance insights for decision-making.
• Lead and optimise logistics operations and 3PL/4PL relationships.
