An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented Head of Planning to join an award winning multi-disciplinary consultancy, heading up their established planning team in the South West. The team currently deliver expert planning services for their clients working on infrastructure, residential, leisure and commercial developments.

Qualifications
  • Chartered Member of the RTPI.
  • Previous private sector experience in development management and strategic policy.
  • Experience of leading a team of planners, generating new revenue streams and managing numerous large scale projects simultaneously.
Duties
  • Extending the range of private sector clients to contribute to the continued growth of the team both regional and nationally.
  • Liaising with clients to ensure needs are being met.
  • Leading and developing existing members of the team.
  • Becoming an active member of the Planning Strategy Group, setting, leading and implementing the national planning strategy.
