Responsibilities

  • Oversee the strategy, planning, and execution of workforce operations.
  • Lead large-scale recruitment campaigns for casual staff.
  • Develop and implement retention strategies to improve employee satisfaction.
  • Strategically allocate workforce resources to meet operational demands.
  • Oversee payroll for casual staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for casual workforce HR issues.
  • Track and analyse workforce metrics to inform decision-making.
