Job summary

Avon Fire & Rescue Service in Portishead seeks a Head of People Services to develop, establish and lead an effective function for the organisation. You will implement a People, Culture and Leadership Strategy aligned to AF&RS CRMP, HMICFRS recommendations, and ensure cohesive alignment with strategic objectives.

The role oversees Employee Relations, Wellbeing and Fitness, Inclusion, and Workforce Development including Talent & Retention and the Resource Planning Unit, delivering services on-site
