Dudman Tidbury HR are recruiting for a Head of Payroll for a lovely business in the Merseyside area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and developing the Group's payroll function and providing leadership to a small team, supporting their development and upskilling.
  • Keeping abreast of changing payroll legislation and ensuring business compliance.
  • Managing compensation and benefits for the business including salary sacrifice, pensions, etc.
  • Reconciliation of payroll reports.
  • Overseeing weekly and monthly payroll.
  • Ensuring compliance for year end activities.
