A national library in the UK is seeking a Head of Organisational Design and Learning. The ideal candidate will lead the development and implementation of strategies that support organisational effectiveness and inclusivity. We are looking for an experienced Organisational Design professional to join the British Library’s People Team. This role reports to the Director of People. You will take the lead on the development and implementation of an Organisational Design and Learning strategy. This will incorporate inclusive processes and practices that ensure organisation structures, job design, culture, performance and learning. You will need to develop initiatives to support the delivery of strategic transformational projects and Knowledge Matters – all to support the future of the British Library.
