Head of Operations Large Format Print

Basildon, Essex

Were working with a long-established and forward-thinking large format print manufacturer who are seeking an experienced Head of Production Operations to take the reins of their busy print facility.

This is a newly created position within the business following an internal restructure designed to strengthen operational efficiency and bring clear direction across production and supporting departments.

The Role

Youll lead day-to-day production and logistics operations, overseeing multiple shifts and a sizeable team responsible for delivering high-quality large format graphics and display work.

With a strong focus on workflow, process and structure, this role will suit someone who thrives on bringing organisation and calm to a fast-paced, high-output environment.
