Job description

We are proud to be partnering with a unique resort that has extensive grounds deep in the beautiful Kent countryside. They are looking to enhance an already strong customer experience and make it truly exceptional, with the appointment of a customer facing, hands on operator, responsible for all guest interactions from arrival to departure.

This broad remit will include responsibility for multiple food & beverage venues, extensive luxury accommodation, C&B and a packed special events calendar. As this role will interact with almost every element of the organisation on a daily basis, stakeholder management is critical. They are looking for someone with gravitas, charisma and emotional intelligence who can speak to the Managing Director one moment and the most junior staff member the next. Due to the operational nature of the role, where you will love to lead from the front, this is a 5 days a week on site role.
