This role is designed for senior professionals (8+ years' experience) with a strong background in education, EdTech, operations, professional services, or consulting, who are passionate about optimizing and scaling learning delivery across a thriving franchise network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach franchise leaders and teams on operational excellence and scalable learning practices
  • Implement best-in-class systems for tutor recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
  • Drive process improvement, data-driven decision-making, and continuous quality enhancement
  • Support change management, training delivery, and team development initiatives
  • Facilitate peer mentoring, workshops, and operational troubleshooting
