This is a pivotal and varied leadership role where you'll combine hands‑on operational management with strategic oversight, ensuring the logistics network is fit for scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and managing day‑to‑day operations across warehousing and transport.
  • Inspire, manage, and develop operational teams to deliver high performance, ensuring service levels and KPIs are met.
  • Driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence, whilst ensuring compliance across the whole operation at all times.
  • Collaborate with wider teams to align operational strategy with business objectives and goals.
  • Lead the successful execution of various transformational projects to facilitate business growth.
Key Skills / Experience
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a fast‑paced logistics operation.
  • Strong commercial awareness and strategic mindset.
  • Successful track‑record of leading continuous improvement projects.
  • Excellent people management and leadership skills.
  • Previous experience driving growth is particularly desirable, as well as experience within e‑commerce operations.
