Reporting to: Managing Director

Salary Range: £55,000–£60,000 (DOE)

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Develop: Motivate, coach, and grow a team of 3–4, including the Supply Chain Manager, fostering accountability and high performance.
• Strategic Leadership: Design and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Supply Chain Excellence: Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing, transport, and fulfilment to deliver OTIF targets. Demand planning and forecasting.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive process optimisation, cost‑saving initiatives, and innovation across operations and procurement.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and service providers across the UK and Europe.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to food safety, health & safety, and environmental regulations.
• Financial Accountability: Manage budgets, forecast costs, and identify efficiency opportunities in partnership with Finance.
• Supplier Management: Negotiate contracts, monitor KPIs, and resolve issues to maintain quality and reliability.
