You will oversee team structure, commercial processes, operational performance, and risk management while ensuring seamless delivery of projects from concept through execution.

Team & Organisational Leadership
  • Lead and support teams to ensure high performance and alignment with business goals
  • Communicate strategy, vision, and operational priorities across the organisation
  • Oversee recruitment and HR processes
  • Foster a collaborative, engaged, and high‑calibre team culture
Financial & Commercial Management
  • Contribute to financial strategy and oversee budgetary management
  • Maintain financial control across project delivery and operational costs
  • Oversee project management systems and their integration with finance platforms
Project & Operations Management
  • Optimise operational workflows and resource allocation
  • Implement improved project management tools and processes
  • Ensure smooth communication between commercial, project, and delivery teams
  • Oversee contract review and contracting processes
Strategic Operations & Continuous Improvement
  • Develop long‑term operational strategies that enhance delivery and client satisfaction
  • Build systems for post‑project feedback and continuous improvement
  • Ensure accurate project and financial reporting
    Risk & Change Management
    • Anticipate and mitigate operational risks
    • Lead adoption of new systems, processes, and organisational improvements
