Job description

Client of launch ventures is looking for a Head of Mission Operations an experienced systems-driven operator who can orchestrate people technology and process in a live regulated healthcare environment.

This role sits at the centre of the execution engine. You will work directly with the Co-Founder & COO and company leadership to ensure every clinical deployment data pipeline and product release runs predictably safely and flawlessly.

It is both a command and orchestration role ideal for someone who thrives in complexity balances precision with urgency and takes pride in building systems that directly impact patient lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Orchestration: Own cross-functional delivery across engineering product QA and clinical operations ensuring synchronization between technical and customer-facing teams.
  • Deployment Management: Plan and oversee clinical and partner roll-outs managing timelines dependencies and on-site or remote go-lives with zero-surprise execution.
  • Systems & Process Design: Build scalable operating rhythms daily stand-ups QA reviews issue-tracking frameworks and operational dashboards for leadership visibility.
  • Compliance & Quality: Partner with Engineering AI and Product leadership to ensure adherence to FDA HIPAA and other regulatory requirements through disciplined documentation and process integrity.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks early implement countermeasures and institutionalize learning loops across deployments.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the operational point of contact for internal teams and external hospital
