The Company

Exclusively advising the premium market and catering to ultra-high-net-worth individuals, our client boasts a market-leading multi-billion-pound contracted portfolio, encompassing some of the most prestigious developments, brands, and clientele in the industry.

The Role

Reporting to the senior leadership team, this individual will serve as the operational backbone for our client translating executive vision into measurable results while working closely with the head office to ensure seamless delivery of premium services. Key areas of role coverage will include :

  • Team Leadership & Development

The Candidate

Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience within the luxury services sector, with demonstratable expertise in

  • Super prime property, hospitality or luxury market segments (essential)
  • Understanding of high-net-worth client and institutional client expectations and the operational requirements of delivering excellence in services
  • Proven ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and compliance requirements at pace
Remuneration and progression

The salary will depend on prior experience but there is an expected range for the role of £, - £, plus benefits and bonus.
