The Difference you will make:

As the Head of Operational Systems & Process you will lead the design, optimisation, and governance of workflow systems across Bauer Media Audio UK, with a focus on Monday.com. This is both a strategic and hands‑on role, focused on maximising the value of Monday.com and other operational platforms to drive collaboration, consistency, and efficiency across all creative and content teams.

Your role:
  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of Bauer’s operational systems and workflows.
  • Own and optimise Monday.com as a core business system.
  • Building best‑practice frameworks, templates, and standards for the use of Monday.com.
  • Work with senior stakeholders to shape the long‑term roadmap for operational systems and workflow innovation.
  • Collaborate with production, content, commercial, marketing, social, and technology teams.
  • Champion adoption and engagement, bringing teams on the journey, building confidence, and winning hearts and minds.
  • Develop and deliver onboarding, training, and documentation.
  • Use data and reporting tools to provide actionable insight into capacity, performance, and delivery.
The skills you will bring:
  • Deep, hands‑on expertise in Monday.com, including advanced configuration, automation, dashboards, and integrations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influence.
  • Proven experience leading workflow or systems transformation.
  • Strong understanding of process design, governance, and change management.
  • A passion for making systems work for people, not the other way around.
Working Pattern/Location:

This is a hybrid role that supports a balance of working from home and our office in London (5 minutes’ walk from Euston station). The expectation is two days a week in the office.
