Right now, we’re recruiting a Head of Office for the Chief Nursing Officer to contribute to something truly unique.
This is a rare opportunity to be part of something truly unique within our newly established Nursing division. As the Head of Office, you'll have the chance to shape this role according to your expertise and vision. Making a significant contribution to saving and improving lives, you will also be directly contributing to making NHSBT a great place to work for everyone.
You will support the Chief Nursing Officer as they Manage the current workforce whilst preparing the organisation for the future. You will be vital to ensuring their success and the success of the wider Nursing Directorate.
We’ll look to you to develop clear ways of working and strong communication channels right across the organisation from the Board, Executive Team and across the range of SMT’s.
You will be required to travel and spend time away from base, which will involve working irregular hours and overnight stays when required, with prior notice. The role is hybrid with the requirement of a minimum 2 days on site with the Chief Nursing Officer.
