A leading marketing agency is seeking a Head of New Business & Marketing to lead prospecting strategies and drive pitch-winning solutions. This role emphasizes collaboration with global teams and managing external communications in a hybrid working environment. Ideal candidates will have strong strategic development skills and a commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace.
The Head of New Business & Marketing is responsible for leading Hearts & Science UK’s new business output; defining & leading on our prospecting strategy, shaping pitch-winning solutions, and ensuring the agency is supported and set up to drive growth; as well as Marketing delivery including the Heart & Science’s profile in the UK, awards activity and client communication and engagement.
This role recognises the increasing demand for hybrid solutions, with clients increasingly looking for best-in-class service from their agency, bolstered with the agile specialisms a network/Group proposition can offer. The Head of New Business & Marketing would work hand-in-hand with central OMG’s Growth Team to ensure current and prospective clients are able to maximise the capabilities and solutions available to them to drive better outcomes for their business.

Flexible Working

We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working. Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
