This is a hands‑on leadership role, you'll be right there alongside your team solving complex Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues, optimising asset performance, and driving continuous improvement through data, technology, and innovation.

You’ll partner closely with field service teams, lead key relationships with charger manufacturers, and own the full P&L for network operations. Your focus: reliability, efficiency, and innovation.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing operations team focused on uptime, safety, and proactive problem‑solving.
  • Take an active role in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues across the network.
  • Drive innovation — introducing new tools, data insights, and predictive maintenance techniques.
  • Optimise asset performance through smart maintenance strategies and continuous process improvement.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and supplier relationships to deliver cost‑effective operational excellence.
  • Be the bridge between engineering, customer, and procurement teams — keeping operations agile and aligned.
  • Champion safety, compliance, and a culture of accountability.
About You
  • Proven leadership in network or asset management within EV, renewable, or related infrastructure industries.
  • A hands‑on technical background, you're as comfortable analysing data and solving issues as you are building strategy.
  • Skilled in CMMS, asset management systems, and data‑driven decision making.
  • Confident managing budgets, risk, and change in fast‑moving environments.
  • Degree‑qualified in Engineering, Asset Management, or similar; professional memberships and certifications are a plus.
What's in It for You
  • Financial: £90‑100k salary + bonus, pension, life insurance, income protection.
  • Wellbeing: 33 days holiday (plus your birthday off!), hybrid working, PMI for you and your family, enhanced family leave, EAP, and wellbeing support.
  • Sustainability perks: EV salary sacrifice scheme.
  • Growth: Continuous learning via Go1 and the in‑house LMS.
