• Strong motion design capabilities for B2B campaigns and explainers.
• Ability to lead and coordinate a motion desk with freelancers.
• Wamiliarity with live footage, shooting direction, and post-production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with designers to steer ideas and develop concepts.
• Work iteratively on briefs and push for innovative, suitable solutions.
• Understand technical B2B propositions and translate into engaging motion content.
• Lead and oversee freelancers to deliver high-quality outputs on projects.
• Storyboard, edit, and color grade to a polished final product.
