As Head of Maths, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership, development and performance of the department, ensuring high-quality teaching, excellent student progress and a curriculum that inspires curiosity, resilience and achievement. You will lead a team of committed professionals, using data to raise standards and implementing evidence-informed practices that enable all students to thrive.
