About the role

Westfield Health Group stride to sit at the intersection of health, wellbeing, performance, and technology, offering organisations and their people a new way to think about health and productivity.

Due to growth and goals in our Wellbeing sector, we are seeking a Global Head of Marketing - Wellbeing, to lead the development, launch, and scale-up of our 2026 propositions in our multi-territory Wellbeing business unit. This newly developed role is a rare opportunity to shape the narrative, positioning, and campaigns that establish our credibility in corporate wellbeing.

Your responsibilities
  • Lead the brand development and launch strategy for our 2026 goals throughout Wellbeing.
  • Support the Group Leadership Team in building a long-term roadmap for brand expansion.
  • Create awareness and commercial growth in new and existing markets.
  • Work closely with the Group Leadership Team to align brand direction with Westfield Health’s wider strategy.
  • Build brand awareness, credibility, and recognition in priority markets.
  • Translate strategy into measurable outcomes across awareness, engagement, and revenue.
  • Balance global consistency with local market relevance, using partners or in-market agencies.
  • Oversee creative campaigns across digital, PR, and events.
  • Ensure the brand story is consistently communicated across all channels.
  • Manage external agencies and partners for brand, PR, media, and digital.
What you’ll bring

  • Experience working with in-market agencies or partners.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels in a scale-up environment.
