A leading recruitment agency is seeking a marketing strategist to manage a portfolio of large enterprise accounts in the UK. The role involves defining GTM plans, executing multi-channel marketing programs, and aligning with sales leadership. The ideal candidate has over 8 years in B2B marketing and a proven sales partnership track record. This position offers a hybrid working pattern, requiring 2-3 days weekly in Shoreditch.
Own the marketing strategy and execution for a portfolio of the UK&I’s largest enterprise accounts. You’ll partner closely with Sales Directors and global Centres of Excellence to build integrated, data-driven programmes that create pipeline, accelerate deal cycles, and land strategic growth.
Set the segment plan: Define account-level GTM, growth themes and success metrics across priority industries.
Drive full-funnel execution: Blend ABM, executive engagement, flagship events, digital/demand and content to open doors and progress opportunities.
Orchestrate stakeholders: Align regional sales leadership with global PR, digital, content, BDR and partner teams; manage agencies where needed.
Forecast & report: Track pipeline impact, progression and bookings; maintain dashboards and communicate outcomes to senior stakeholders.
Up-level enablement: Package insights, narratives and assets that help account teams sell complex solutions.
Enterprise B2B marketing experience (c. 8+ years) in large, matrixed tech or adjacent enterprise environments.
A proven sales partnership track record—co‑owning targets, prioritising accounts, and influencing senior stakeholders.
Hands‑on ABM and field marketing delivery (exec programmes, roundtables, industry events, deal‑based marketing).
Data‑driven mindset: comfortable with pipeline analytics, progression metrics and ROI storytelling.
Strong programme leadership: plans, dependencies, risks, timelines; calm under pressure and great at “saying no with options.”
Background in marketing technology, cloud/SaaS, or complex digital transformation propositions.
Experience blending global COE assets with local market needs; familiarity with partner ecosystems.
Term: 12 months.
Working pattern: Hybrid, 2–3 days per week in Shoreditch office.
