Are you an experienced Head of Marketing with crypto casino experience and looking for a new challenge?

As an experienced Head of Marketing you will be taking full ownership of growth of a brand-new crypto casino. You will love building brands from scratch, thrive in fast-moving environments and know how to turn traffic into high‑value players, this is a brilliant opportunity to shape something from the ground up. You’re commercially minded, data-led and thrive in environments where you can build, shape and optimise. You’re as comfortable planning the big picture as you are diving into campaigns, communities and creatives. Most of all, you love the mix of crypto, gaming and high‑growth performance marketing.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll build and execute the entire marketing strategy: from market analysis and positioning, to acquisition, retention, influencers and community. Early on, you’ll be very hands‑on across campaigns, content, CRM alignment and analytics, before building a high-performing team around you as the brand scales.

You’ll drive player acquisition across paid and non‑paid channels, run structured A/B tests, manage crypto‑native communities (Discord/Telegram/X), oversee brand direction and ensure all campaigns hit the right KPIs across FTDs, NGR, LTV and ROI. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, CRM, VIP, Payments and Compliance to deliver aligned, performance‑led campaigns that convert.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and run the full go‑to‑market strategy for a new crypto iGaming brand.
  • Own the marketing plan, performance KPIs, budgets and channel mix.
  • Launch and optimise acquisition campaigns across crypto ad networks, display, search, social and mobile UA.
  • Build and grow communities on Discord, Telegram and X, and manage creator/influencer partnerships.
  • Shape the brand tone, style and content direction.
  • Lead creative output across all touchpoints with support from design/community.
  • Support affiliate and partner relationships with targeted campaigns and assets.
  • Produce clear weekly and monthly performance reports with insight‑driven recommendations.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align lifecycle, promos and product roadmaps.
  • Ensure strong fraud/risk awareness across campaigns and traffic sources.
  • Build the marketing team as the brand grows.
What you’ll bring
  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing within iGaming, or betting (ideally in Crypto Casino)
  • Proven success scaling performance and revenue across multi‑channel acquisition.
  • Solid, hands‑on experience with paid media, crypto ad networks and community‑led marketing.
  • Strong understanding of crypto player behaviour, wallets, deposits, funnels and KYC/no‑KYC journeys.
  • Analytics expertise: GA4, attribution, cohorts, funnel analysis and KPI reporting.
  • Experience in start‑up or lean environments where you own both strategy and execution.
  • Strong awareness of regulated/grey‑market considerations and marketing compliance.
Nice to have
  • Experience launching a new brand or entering a new market.
  • Affiliate marketing knowledge.
  • SEO/content experience for gambling or crypto.
  • Previous involvement in crypto‑licence projects.
