Reporting to: Managing Director, Children's Trade
Location: 5th Floor, HYLO, 105 Bunhill Row, London, EC1Y 8LZ
Working pattern: Hybrid - minimum of two days per week in the office; up to three days per week working from home
Department: Marketing
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience
Duration: Twelve-month fixed-term contract
Bonnier Books UK has an exciting opportunity for a Head of Marketing to lead its children's and YA marketing team on a fixed-term contract to cover a period of parental leave from March 2026.
In this role, you will be directly responsible for devising and managing campaigns across the team, ensuring that strategy, planning, and execution are consistently of a high standard. You will own and report on the marketing budget and manage a fantastic team of hard-working, creative, and commercially savvy individuals.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for stories and storytelling - whether through books, TV, film, or advertising. They will be a self-starter who consistently delivers at a high level and demonstrates strong leadership and management skills.
