Contract Term: Permanent

A leading independent prep school in Brighton is seeking a Head of Admissions and Marketing from February 2026 (or as soon as possible thereafter). This is a full time and permanent role.

This is a well-established independent school, committed to providing an outstanding education and nurturing environment for their students. This new role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the school's admissions and retention process and marketing initiatives, helping to shape the future growth of the school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all aspects of the admissions and retention process.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the school.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective families, feeder schools, current parents and community partners.
  • Coordinate open days, tours and events.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on enrolment targets and strategic planning.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (minimum requirement).
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proactive approach with willingness to learn; relevant previous experience in a similar role.
