Are you a dynamic marketing leader with a passion for brand development, digital transformation, and delivering impactful campaigns? We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the delivery of our marketing plans aligned with our commercial strategy, ensuring ROI and brand excellence across all channels. As Head of Marketing, you will be the strategic driver behind our marketing initiatives, working closely with the commercial and sales teams to create and implement innovative marketing strategies. You will oversee campaign delivery, manage key supplier relationships, coordinate event management, and lead digital transformation efforts to create value and growth for the Performance Technology Group (PTG).

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement brand, event, and campaign marketing strategies that align with business objectives
  • Lead GDPR-compliant customer and product campaigns, managing agencies and analysing ROI
  • Drive digital transformation and system enhancements to maximize value creation
  • Ensure all marketing activity adheres to brand guidelines and tone of voice
  • Manage and update digital assets and websites in partnership with communications teams
  • Oversee creative development and media buying to ensure cost-effective campaigns
  • Collaborate with Trade Associations to enhance brand positioning
  • Conduct market research to inform strategy and tactics
  • Manage third-party agencies and marketing projects from conception through delivery
  • Lead the marketing team in embedding brand guidelines across the business
  • Organize and manage event calendars and associated assets
  • Champion a culture of collaboration, health & safety, and ethical business practices
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a marketing executive role, ideally in the construction sector
  • CIM or equivalent marketing qualification
  • Proven experience managing digital change and working with agencies
  • Strong background in brand development and event management
  • Exceptional project management skills with a focus on campaign ROI
