Head of Marketing

Location: Leeds (3 days per week in the office)

Salary: Up to £70,000 + benefits

Our client, a global SaaS business backed by recent investment and entering its next phase of growth, is hiring a Head of Marketing to lead demand generation and drive measurable revenue impact.

This is a strategic and hands‑on leadership role, responsible for building and executing a full‑funnel marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, qualified pipeline, and commercial performance.

What you’ll do
  • Develop and deliver integrated demand generation campaigns across paid, organic, and partner channels
  • Manage marketing budgets, performance tracking, and attribution models to maximise ROI
  • Build and execute a data‑driven content and SEO strategy that supports growth objectives
  • Partner closely with Sales to align marketing activity with revenue and pipeline goals
  • Oversee marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools to optimise lead quality and conversion
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability
What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience leading demand generation in a B2B SaaS or technology business
  • Strong expertise across paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic) and automation tools (HubSpot, Pardot, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of full‑funnel marketing and conversion optimisation
  • Demonstrable success delivering qualified pipeline and measurable ROI
  • Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and commercial skills
  • Confident communicator and collaborative leader able to influence across the business
