Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Brand Building & Visibility: Elevate SF Recruitment's brand presence across all channels, ensuring consistency and impact.
  • Content & Thought Leadership: Oversee content strategy to position SF Recruitment as an industry thought leader.
  • Digital Marketing Oversight: Provide strategic direction for digital campaigns, SEO, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Lead Generation & Engagement: Design and guide initiatives that drive qualified leads and increase client/candidate engagement.
  • Campaign Management: Set the vision for integrated marketing campaigns that support business growth.
  • Process Improvement: Introduce new marketing processes, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and ROI.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business strategy.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small marketing team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Performance Reporting & ROI: Establish clear reporting frameworks and analytics to measure marketing effectiveness and demonstrate return on investment to senior leadership.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in senior marketing leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in brand building, digital marketing, and content strategy.
  • Ability to think strategically, innovate, and implement processes that deliver measurable impact.
  • Excellent understanding of B2B or B2C marketing, lead generation, and engagement tactics.
  • Recruitment industry experience is not required, although experience working with sales teams is a desirable.
