Overview

Are you an ambitious leader with an engineering background, ready to take full ownership of manufacturing performance and shape the future of a growing FMCG business? We're working with a well-established manufacturer in South Wales that's embarking on an exciting period of expansion, increasing capacity, modernising operations, and building the leadership team for the future. As Head of Manufacturing, you'll be at the forefront of that journey.

As Head of Manufacturing, you'll oversee all production operations on site, driving output, efficiency, and quality across multiple product lines. Working closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Technical, you'll lead a skilled team to deliver on ambitious growth plans and ensure the site is ready for its next phase of investment. You'll combine strong operational discipline with hands-on leadership, embedding a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. This Head of Manufacturing role will also provide a clear, structured pathway to progress into a General Manager position in the near future.

Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring performance targets are achieved across safety, quality, and productivity.
