Job summary

Whiteoak Associates is seeking a Head of Manufacturing for a growing manufacturer near Redditch. This functional leadership role will set and deliver production strategy while transforming operational capability in a regulated, quality-critical environment.

You will collaborate with the board and with Heads of Operations, Product Development, Procurement & Supply Chain to drive continuous improvement and production performance, including leading automation and building a team aligned with growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in regulated industries such as Automotive, Aerospace or Engineering manufacturing engineered products.
• Track record of leading on automation, continuous improvement and operational transformation.

Responsibilities

Job description

A Head of Manufacturing is required by for a growing manufacturer based near Redditch. Operating in a regulated industry their engineered products are sold Internationally.

This is a functional leadership role responsible for setting & delivering production strategy & transforming operational capability.

The business is seeking someone who can build a lasting production capability that will allow the company to successfully achieve its realistic revenue growth plans.

The individual will work closely with the board & collaborate with "Heads of" Operations, Product Development, Procurement & Supply Chain to drive continuous improvement & production performance.

Leading on production automation & building a team in line with growth this is an exciting role for someone who enjoy leading operational & sustainable change within a regulated and quality critical environment.

The successful candidate will have worked in a similar role within a regulated industry such as Automotive, Aerospace or Engineering manufacturing engineered products.

They will have a track record of leading on production related projects such as automation, continuous improvement and operational transformation.
