Salary up to £100,000 plus share buy-in options and a progressive path to Partner. The role requires extensive litigation experience and strong leadership to drive growth and client success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years experience practicing law with a focus on Litigation.
• Proven track record of managing complex litigation matters.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to integrity, professionalism and ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for the litigation department's growth.
• Provide leadership to a team of Litigators.
• Manage complex litigation from inception to resolution.
• Maintain strong client relationships and understand their objectives.
• Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends.
• Collaborate with other departments to support client objectives.
