Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years of PQE in Private Client.
• Strong technical knowledge of probate and estate administration.
• Experience handling compliance and SRA regulatory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the legal function as Head of Legal.
• Manage probate and estate administration caseloads.
• Advise on probate and estate law matters.
• Translate legal requirements into platform features.
• Contribute to growth strategy and leadership decisions.
• Mentor and guide the team as it grows.
