Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Head Of Legal & Compliance to lead the in-house Legal department, guiding the business on legal and compliance matters with clarity. You will set strategic direction for legal work and ensure practical oversight of compliance across the organisation, reporting to the CEO.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, provide practical legal guidance to colleagues, develop policies, review matters, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial contracts, either contentious or non-contentious.
• Strong knowledge of legal and compliance principles relevant to business operations.
• Ability to provide clear, practical legal advice to a range of stakeholders.
• Experience developing and maintaining legal policies and guidance.
• Ability to assess legal matters and recommend proportionate actions.
• Experience working with external legal advisers.
