Are you a leader within legal technology, passionate about driving innovation and transformation within a forward-thinking law firm? My client, a Top 100 UK law firm with a reputation for excellence, collaboration, and progressive thinking, is seeking a Head of Legal Technology to shape and deliver its strategic vision for the future of legal services.

You will:

  • Develop and execute the firm's innovation and legal technology strategy, aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and develop the Legal Technology team.
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimise cutting‑edge tools and platforms to streamline legal processes and enhance client outcomes.
  • Lead on change management and promote a culture of innovation across practice groups.
  • Collaborate with fee‑earners, knowledge management, and IT teams to deliver tech‑enabled legal solutions.
  • Monitor emerging trends and market developments to ensure the firm remains at the forefront of legal technology.

You will be a strategic and commercially minded leader with proven experience in legal technology, innovation, or transformation within a professional services or law firm environment.
