Join Elysium Healthcare as a Head of Learning, Culture & Engagement to lead and deliver a progressive people agenda that supports our colleagues, strengthens our culture, and enables outstanding care.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving our organisation-wide approach to learning and development, culture, engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion, and wellbeing. Working closely with the Executive Team and senior leaders, you will ensure these key people priorities are aligned to the People Strategy and business objectives, delivering measurable outcomes that enhance colleague experience and organisational performance.

As Head of Learning, Culture & Engagement, you will lead the development and delivery of Elysium's Learning & Development strategy, creating innovative and scalable programmes that support colleagues at every stage of their career. From induction and professional development through to leadership and management programmes, you will ensure our workforce has the skills, knowledge, and capability required to deliver safe, effective, and high-quality care.

You will also provide strategic leadership for our Culture & Engagement agenda, overseeing colleague listening initiatives, employee forums, engagement activities, and feedback mechanisms that strengthen colleague voice and drive meaningful action. Using insight and data, you will identify opportunities to enhance engagement, morale, and retention while fostering a culture where colleagues feel valued, supported, and empowered.

A key aspect of the role will be leading Elysium's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Wellbeing strategies. You will champion an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive, support our colleague networks, and drive initiatives that improve representation, belonging, and equality across the organisation. In addition, you will develop and deliver a market-leading wellbeing programme that promotes positive physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing for all colleagues.
