A vibrant further education college in Worthing is seeking a Head of Learning to lead and inspire educational programmes. The successful candidate will drive high standards of teaching and learning while shaping the strategic growth of the curriculum. Responsibilities include managing staff and resources, fostering quality improvement, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
